How to buy KMSL insurance

Skydiver third party liability insurance from ERGO Hestia through the Polish club KMSL. Bought online, no main canopy serial number needed.

🧾 Have your passport or ID card, email and banking app for a transfer in euro ready. The KMSL form is in Polish and English. The pictures show an example: enter your own details.

1. 1Open the site and accept the rules

   2. 2Tick your consent to the KMSL club and service rules. Club membership is free.
   3. 3Tick Rozumiem / I understand.
   4. 4Tap Dalej.

2. 2Choose the insurance

   1. 1Tick only OC pilota paralotni / lotni / spadochronu. Leave the other boxes empty.
   2. 2Skoki spadochronowe: skydiving.
   3. 3Wyłącznie amatorsko: amateur jumps, competitions included.
   4. 43 000 000 PLN. The price 325 zł appears at the top right.
   5. 5Tap Przejdź do Podsumowania APK.

3. 3Check your choice

   1. 1The list shows only OC pilota paralotni / lotni / spadochronu. If not, tap Wróć i zmień odpowiedzi and fix it.
   2. 2Tap Accept CNA - go to customer details.

4. 4Enter your details

   1. 1Kod Partnera: leave empty.
   2. 2Osoba fizyczna / Natural person.
   3. 3Narodowość: choose Inna (other). Latvia is not in the list, and Litwa is Lithuania.
   4. 4First and last name in Latin letters, as in your passport.
   5. 5PESEL / ID: your passport or ID card number.
   6. 6Email: the certificate will be sent here.
   7. 7Phone: code + (Inna), in the number field 371 and 8 digits without a plus, for example 37120000000.
   8. 8Address: Tak, prefix (brak), street, house, flat and postal code LV-xxxx. There is no country field, so in Miejscowość write the city and the country: Riga, Latvia.
   9. 9The box Ubezpieczony jest ten sam co Ubezpieczający must stay ticked: you insure yourself.
   10. 10Tap Przejdź do oferty.

5. 5Check the offer and accept it

   1. 1Total to pay: about €75 (insurance plus service fee).
   2. 2Check the product: the description says Skoki spadochronowe, amatorsko, suma gwarancyjna 3.000.000 zł.
   3. 3Insurance terms (in Polish). Any online translator can translate them.
   4. 4Period: Od dzisiaj (from today) or Od 1. dnia kolejnego miesiąca (from the 1st of next month). Your dates will be different. The period must include all your jump days.
   5. 5Zaznacz wszystko / Select all: ticks all consents.
   6. 6Tap Akceptuję ofertę. The offer is valid for 7 days.
   💡 Which period to choose: buy in February and choose the start on 1 March: the insurance covers the trip and is valid for 12 months. If you buy in March, choose "from today", otherwise the insurance only starts on 1 April.

6. 6Pay

   Pay by bank transfer in euro. After accepting the offer, follow the instructions on screen and pay right away: the certificate is issued only after payment.

7. 7Get the certificate

   Once the payment arrives, the system sends the certificate to your email in Polish and English. Save it on your phone and take it on the trip.
